BOUTIQUE OF BEAUTY BY BRON MERCHANDISE REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise (only if in saleable condition, as determined by us) and notification is within 14 days of receipt. If the product is deemed re-saleable, a credit will be issued to your account in AUS dollars. For unwanted merchandise, the above applies and the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. Filing of claims to the original supplier will be our responsibility and if approved, a replacement will be issued.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any purchases.
What happens if I decide I don't like the products I ordered BEFORE I USE THEM?
No problem. Just send your products back in resalable condition (unopened and unused) within 5 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit (postage not included).
Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the results from using the product?
There are various factors that may contribute to your results. Individual results vary as we state on each product page of the website. We do not offer a refund for products once you have used them. Please choose carefully.
What about if the product is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we're happy to provide a replacement, exchange or store credit, Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
